In this role, Paolo will strengthen the alignment between our global sales organization and the evolving needs of our customers. His priority will be to further enhance the way we support our customers - through faster responsiveness, deeper technical collaboration, and solutions that create real added value.
Paolo brings extensive international experience in project, program, and sales management within leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers in Europe and in the USA. He has successfully led global sales teams, shaped growth strategies, and developed long-term partnerships across multiple regions. His background will help us continue improving our service, proximity, and reliability across all markets during this important phase of industry transformation.
