Ambassador Urs Bucher was accompanied by Soňa Kritzlerová and Johann von Grafenried. The delegation was received by Milan Macháček and members of the local management team.
Swiss Standards in an International Setting
During the visit, the Ambassador and his delegation showed great interest in the innovations, technologies, and production processes we apply in our manufacturing operations in Czech. The discussions focused on automation, precision plastic manufacturing, and the way forteq combines advanced technology with the expertise of our employees.
It was a great opportunity to demonstrate that modern manufacturing in the Czech Republic:
- meets demanding quality standards,
- operates at a competitive European level,
- and is built on a stable, experienced workforce.
The combination of Swiss quality standards with Czech technical expertise is not a positioning statement. It is the basis of everyday work at forteq Czech.
Most as part of an International Industrial Network
Regions like Ústí nad Labem are not always in the spotlight, yet they have a high potential to play a key role in industrial value creation.
Advanced manufacturing does not depend on metropolitan location, but on technical expertise, reliable teams, and long-term commitment. The forteq site in Most is part of this broader industrial network, contributing to international production structures while remaining locally anchored.
Exchange as a Basis for Long-Term Cooperation
Such visits create space for direct exchange between industry and diplomatic representatives. They provide visibility to regional operations and underline the importance of cross-border economic cooperation.
We thank Ambassador Urs Bucher and his delegation for their time, interest and open discussion.
