After more than 16 years as CEO and Head of Global Sales & Engineering of the forteq Group, Rune Bakke went into retirement end of November 2022. During all those years he has built up a strong global sales & engineering organisation and has played a key role in shaping the development of forteq Group.
We would like to thank Rune for his great contribution to the company and wish him all the best for his future.
We are pleased to introduce his successor in the global sales organisation, Maurizio Tomasi, who is appointed Director Global Sales of the forteq Group. He has started in his new function on November 1, 2022.
Maurizio Tomasi has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. During his career he held different global sales management positions in several international Tier 1 companies in the Automotive industry, based in Italy and Germany.
As of January 1, 2023 Maurizio Cernuschi has been appointed Director Global Technology of the forteq Group. Maurizio has been working for 22 years with the forteq Group. He held the position as Managing Director in our plant in Zingonia, Italy, and acted in the function as Director Global Pump Business Unit. Due to his long-time activities at forteq Group he gained profound knowledge about the products, the technical capabilities and the requirements from our customers.
We are confident that this organisational change will help to continue strengthening the working relationship with our customers and to further provide optimized solutions for the products from our customers.
