Starting production in November 1997, our facility in North America has more than 19,000 square meters of space and employs more than 90 people.

We provide a full range of precision manufacturing services at our facility in Rochester. These services include thermoplastic injection molding, grinding, deburring and ultrasonic and infrared welding and heat treatment as well as fully automated sub-assemblies. This wide range of services means we can help you with every aspect of the production of your plastic components.

Our facility in North America features state-of-the art technology to ensure the highest level of precision, including the following machines:

Thermoplastic injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 500 Tons
6-Axis robots
Flat grinding machine
Deburring machines / De-flashing machines
Ultrasonic and infrared welding machines from Dukane and Branson
Heat treatment ovens
Fully automated and semi automated assembly stations

Our Rochester facility specializes in designing and developing precision plastic components using high-performance polymers, such as PA6, POM, PA66, PPS, PPA, PBT, HTPU.
