Our plant in Most

forteq has been in production in the Czech Republic since 2004.

As part of our strategic growth, forteq expanded and moved to our facility in Most in August 2019. Our facility has more than 15,454 square meters of space and employs around 150 people. We have state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest level of quality and precision of your plastic components.

We provide a full range of precision manufacturing services at our facility in Most. These services include thermoplastic and thermoset injection molding, automated insert molding and ultrasonic welding as well as partially or fully automated cells for subassembly. This wide range of services means we can help you with every aspect of the production of your plastic components.

Our facility in Most features state-of-the art technology to ensure the highest level of precision, including the following machines:

Thermoplastic and Thermoset injection molding machines ranging between 60 tons and 500 Tons
Automated insert moulding
3- & 6-Axis robots
Welding machines such as IR welding, ultrasonic welding and many others
Sonic cleaning & drying system
Fully automated, semi-automated and manual subassembly systems
Metrology laboratory with the latest CMMs and gear measurement equipment
Tool maintenance shop
Design software, Moldflow etc.

Our Most facility specializes in designing and developing precision plastic components using high-performance and high temperature polymers, such as PA6, PA66, PPS, PPA, PBT, POM, PEEK.
