Become a key person in technical negotiations with customers during implementing of new projects.
Main responsibility:
- support of new projects,
- development and specification of new production processes and technologies,
- participation in manufacturability studies and technical discussions with the customer (in ENG language)
Other responsibilities:
- creation of production documentations, procedures and instructions,
- implementing of process monitoring,
- back analysis of production results and process parameters,
- continuous process improvement – process stability and KPI,
- defining of reaction plan in case of production deviations,
- methodical management of process engineers including trainings to new products, processes and technologies
Candidate profile:
- university with technical focus,
- minimum 10 years of practice in injection molding technology,
- practice in the automotive industry (tier 1),
- communication English knowledge,
- plan and organizational abilities,
- analytical abilities and logical thinking,
- active and positive person with ability of learning in the field of injection molding
