Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Be the main responsible person for the sales figure on the specified local accounts. Should have USD2.5M sales contribution every year from the accounts.
•Be the main driving force internally for the strategy and actions towards the specified local accounts.
•Support GKAM for new business landing from Global Accounts.
•Regularly report to group GKAM, Regional Sales Director and local MD/KAM for the business status.
•Organize or coordinate company level supporting for engineering/programme management, customer complain, claim to customer and payment collecting issues.
•Establish reliable networks and contacts inside customer’s sourcing/purchasing loop. Regularly visit customer’s decision making centers.
•Establish good forteq image in customer side from decision making level to the operation level.
•Prepare the quotation draft for the RFQ from Global Account and send to GKAM for approval.
•Prepare the quotation draft for the RFQ from Local Account and send to MD/Regional S&E Director for approval.
•Review the contract and PO from customers.
•Business development, new project and ECN quotation, order handling, score card handling, agreements/contracts with customer, customer relationship.
Requirements:
•Bachelor above. Enough knowledge regarding Organization Behaviour and interpersonal abilities.
•Over 5 years working experience, have successful records for customers service in the industry area.
•Good written and oral English skill and familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good communication skill, etc.
